Sourced from estate-grown fruit grown on the award-winning Tinonee Vineyard Estate in Hunter Valley’s Broke Fordwich region and matured in fine French and American oak, it is carefully composed and balanced. Aromas of dark cherry and subtle charred oak are lifted by precise acidity, delivering depth, structure, and length. It will reward careful cellaring while offering immediate appeal upon release. Oak maturation, 8–24 months in French and American oak.

Our Shiraz vines grow on Fordwich Sill, a volcanic clay soil unique to Broke Fordwich in the Hunter Valley that imparts cherry and wild berry notes to the wine. Thanks to cool nighttime temperatures, a long growing season, and fourteen months in barrel, this powerful yet elegant Shiraz will age gracefully. Oak maturation, 14 months in barrel.
